If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent 5-day Return & Refund Policy.
ELIGIBILITY:
- You can raise a return or refund request within 5 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of issue (photo or video) may be required in case of damaged or incorrect products.
RETURN PROCESS:
1. Contact our support team at kuvin381@gmail.com or call 9548111358 within 5 days of receiving your order.
2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for pickup or return shipping.
3. Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected to verify eligibility.
REFUND PROCESS:
- After the returned item passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (for COD, refund will be processed via bank or UPI).
- If the product does not meet the eligibility criteria, refund/return will not be approved.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return or refund.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- In case of any dispute, KUVIN’s decision will be final.
